2. Hosting und Server-Logfiles
Diese Website wird über Cloudflare ausgeliefert (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Beim Aufruf der Seite verarbeitet Cloudflare technisch notwendige Daten: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Referrer, Browser und Betriebssystem. Das dient dem sicheren und stabilen Betrieb (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die Auslieferung erfolgt über das jeweils nächstgelegene Rechenzentrum, in der Regel in der EU. Die Vereinbarung zur Auftragsverarbeitung ist Bestandteil unseres Vertrags mit Cloudflare. Cloudflare ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert.
3. Kontaktformular und E-Mail
Wenn du uns über das Kontaktformular schreibst, verarbeiten wir deine Angaben: Name, E-Mail-Adresse und freiwillig Telefonnummer, Wunschzeit, Website, Bereich und Nachricht. Wir nutzen sie nur, um deine Anfrage zu beantworten und dir gegebenenfalls ein Angebot zu schicken (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) sowie auf Grundlage deiner Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
Das Formular öffnet dein eigenes E-Mail-Programm mit deinen Angaben. Erst wenn du dort auf Senden klickst, geht die Anfrage als E-Mail an unser Postfach, das über Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland) betrieben wird. Vorher wird nichts übertragen oder gespeichert.
Wir löschen deine Angaben, sobald sie für die Bearbeitung nicht mehr nötig sind, spätestens 24 Monate nach unserem letzten Kontakt, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.
4. Kostenloses Playbook
Das Playbook kannst du direkt herunterladen, ohne Angaben zu machen. Dabei verarbeiten wir keine Daten über das unter Punkt 2 genannte Hosting hinaus.
5. Übermittlung in die USA
Unser Unternehmen sitzt in den USA. Wenn wir deine Anfrage bearbeiten, greifen wir auch von dort auf deine Angaben zu. Das ist nötig, um deine Anfrage auf deinen Wunsch zu beantworten (Art. 49 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Google ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert.
6. Keine Cookies, kein Tracking
Wir setzen keine Cookies, keine Analyse-Tools und keine Werbe-Pixel ein. Schriften, Skripte und Videos werden von unserer eigenen Adresse geladen, es werden also keine Verbindungen zu Google Fonts oder anderen Drittanbietern aufgebaut. Im Speicher deines Browsers merkt sich die Seite nur deine Sprachwahl (Deutsch oder Englisch) und ob du das Intro schon gesehen hast. Diese Angaben verlassen dein Gerät nicht.

Links zu unseren Shops und anderen Seiten werden erst aktiv, wenn du sie anklickst. Ab dann gilt die Datenschutzerklärung der jeweiligen Seite.
8. Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung und Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, auf Datenübertragbarkeit sowie auf Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung (Art. 15 bis 21 DSGVO). Eine Einwilligung kannst du jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen. Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren. 2. Hosting and server logs
This website is delivered through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Content is served from the nearest data centre, usually within the EU. The data processing agreement is part of our contract with Cloudflare. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Contact form and email
When you contact us through the form, we process your details: name, email address and, optionally, website, field and message. We use them only to answer your request and, where relevant, send you an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
The form opens your own email app with your details. Only when you press send there does your request reach our mailbox, which runs on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Nothing is transmitted or stored before that.
We delete your details once they are no longer needed, at the latest 24 months after our last contact, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Free playbook
You can download the playbook directly without entering any details. No data is processed beyond the hosting described in section 2.
5. Transfer to the USA
Our company is based in the USA, so we also access your details from there when handling your request. This is necessary to answer your request at your wish (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. No cookies, no tracking
We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixels. Fonts, scripts and videos are loaded from our own address, so no connections are made to Google Fonts or other third parties. Your browser storage only keeps your language choice and whether you have already seen the intro. This information never leaves your device.
7. External links
Links to our shops and other sites only become active when you click them. From then on, the privacy policy of that site applies.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For anything, just email [email protected].
